Monthly gatherings.... delayed

The regular monthly gatherings have been cancelled due to the COVID and closures.

Hood River is slow on reopening and we hope to try again for July 7.   Will keep you posted.

50th Reunion update - RESCHEDULED

Wyeast Class of '70 Reunion –  RESCHEDULED

We recognize the toll that the Covid-19 pandemic has taken on our country and hope that you and your families are doing well.

Although we had hoped it might be safe to hold our 50-year reunion for the weekend of September 11-12, 2020, your reunion planning committee has unanimously decided to move our event to next year.

We have rescheduled our reunion for the weekend of: September 10-11, 2021 – at the same venue (see updated Invitation page HERE). If you have already made travel or hotel arrangements, please be sure to modify your reservations accordingly.

The good news is that we have more time to continue searching for missing classmate contact information!  Please let us know if you can provide any information for your fellow classmates or if any of your contact information changes between now and September 2021.  Simply click HERE to view the list of current missing classmate emails and reply to this email with any email addresses you can provide.

Tickets already purchased are still good for next year. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, please email us through our class Gmail Account (wyeast70@gmail.com) to discuss options.

Cancel April 2020 gathering

Given the current situation in the nation - We won't be gathering in April and that date and time will be tentatively moved to May 12.   As with anything at this time - May is tentative as well.

Stay tuned, be safe and stay home until we can get the corner turned!!

We have no plans to reschedule the reunion at this time.

To All Wy'east '70 Classmates, 

We are aware of the current uncertainty around the COVID-19 virus and how it may impact our 50-Year Reunion planned for September 11-12, 2020. Currently we are taking a wait and see approach. As a committee, we have made the decision to keep our plans as they are and continue to sell tickets. Hopefully this unpredictable situation we are experiencing right now will pass in the next few months. We have no plans to reschedule the reunion at this time.

Our reunion will still be held at Divots Restaurants at Indian Creek Golf Course and our contract with them remains in place. In the event we are unable to have the reunion in September, we will postpone until a later date can be determined by working with our venues.  If for some reason you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, we will refund your ticket in full. Stay tuned for our regularly scheduled email updates.

Regardless of how the situation evolves, we are all looking forward to seeing you at our 50th reunion!
