January 2014 gathering
Next Wy'east 70 gathering has been scheduled for January 27, 2014 - Monday - at 5:30 pm at Hood River Charburger Country.
It's an informal gathering to visit and have a meal together for classmates, friends, upper and lower classmates.

Last 2013 Gathering - December
The next gathering will be December 2, 2013 (Monday) at HR Charburger at 5:30. We moved the time up a bit due to darkness, so come when ever you can.

October Wy'east 70 gathering
Steve Bickford and Rich Cushman have graciously volunteered to hold the next gathering at their production facility (1930 Hwy 35, Hood River) on Wednesday October 16 at 6pm.

Penny Copper Pack will be in town on August 1, Thursday, for some family events over the weekend and she would like to get together with classmates if available.

Prayers and Info Request
This is in from Laura:
"70* classmates, Please pray for Alan Borton, he is back in the hospital (Portland). He's not even able to keep paid medication down. His address is: 724 E 16th ST The Dalles OR 97058. Please let him know you're thinking of him."
He is suffering from cancer.
And Eric Mortenson has requested folks email him for an article he is working on at the Oregonian:
"I wanted to contact and interview a couple classmates for a story I hope to do later this year. Their emails will remain private, and are only for contact purposes. If people want to contact me, that would be great. They should use emortenson@oregonian.com I'm specifically interested in classmates who attended 6th grade at Barrett School, 1963-64."

April 2013 gathering

March 2013 Gathering

First 2013 Gathering
First gathering of 2013 will be Monday, January 21 at 6p at HR Charburger. Please join us for a couple hours of camaraderie.
